There are two categories of bugs:

• Defects are planned to be fixed for the next release. When it is not possible in the time frame bugs are moved to the next milestone. All defects needs to be assigned to someone.
• All other bugs are regarded as enhancements. Independently whether they are small or large changes. The priority is used to order these bugs for the next planned milestone. Only enhancements which are planned to be released by someone should be assigned.
